Waking Night Support Worker

Employment package - £12.71 per hour, Employee Assistance programme, Funded DBS, Industry recognised training and qualifications, bonus reward scheme.
Vacancy - Permanent two week working pattern at an average of 35 hours per week with alternative weekends. Night team operates between the hours 21:00 to 08:00 working 3 to 4 nights a week.
What does a typical day look like at P4A?
Well, the truth is, there isnt one. Each one of our service users are different and their independence goals are personalised to them. Adaptability is at the core of who we are as a service, respecting that each client is an individual is the key to success! Now, there may be some reoccurring themes around developing independence through the night such as:.
Emotional and mental wellbeing support.
Administering and assisting with medication.
Support with personal care, toileting and health needs.
Preparing and/or supporting with meal preparation.
We are looking for individuals with a drive to make a difference and seek new opportunities for our service users to make the most out of their support and strive to reach their individual goals.

Who are Personalised 4 Autism?
We're an independent social care provider specialising in supporting, primarily adults, with a diagnosis of autism to live as independent as possible. We have supported various people onto the next steps of there lives for over 10 years operating in Northampton, Wellingborough, Rushden and Towcester areas. Our clients are a diverse mix of personalities with an equally diverse mix of support needs. This role will be primarily focused in the Wellingborough and Rushden areas.
