Ensure product development practices align with company standards and support predictable, high-quality delivery. Maintain awareness of market trends, customer needs, regulations, and competition, adapting strategy as needed. Lead customer and market discovery, validating problems and solutions before scaling. Partner with engineering leadership on architecture, capacity planning, and continuous improvement. Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure product investments translate into business impact.
Who You Are
User-centric and commercially minded, able to turn high-level goals into tangible product outcomes. Comfortable moving between big-picture vision and hands-on execution. A clear communicator who brings structure to complex decisions. Fast feedback-oriented, with a strong bias toward learning and iteration. A cross-functional leader who inspires trust and alignment. Pragmatic, energetic, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.
