Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking Vocational Assistant Manager to support the effective management and continuous improvement of the vocational curriculum at HMP Wormwood Scrubs . In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop a high‑performing team of vocational tutors, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences that meet the needs of both learners and employers. You will support the Education Manager in all aspects of curriculum leadership, quality assurance, staff development and performance management. A key part of your role will involve driving quality improvement, leading on IQA processes, and promoting an innovative, learner‑focused culture that achieves strong outcomes across recruitment, retention, achievement and learner satisfaction.
