They are looking to recruit a Vice President into their Technology M&A team.

Role Focus

• Assisting leading the execution of transactions including technology acquisitions, disposals and management buy-outs for expanding software and other tech business
• Working closely with clients, advising them on deal strategy and structuring
• Taking responsibility for due diligence and other reports for clients
• Supervising junior team members

Background Required

• Background in M&A, corporate development, private equity
• Experience in tech deal execution
• Technically excellent
