The Opportunity Build and lead a high-performing, cross-regional engineering function. Own the full design and technical lifecycle from concept to commissioning. Deliver scalable, high-efficiency solutions in collaboration with procurement, sales, and delivery. Drive best-in-class standards across all engineering disciplines (design, CX, OFCI, delivery). Contribute directly to platform strategy and long-term development planning. What Were Looking For Leadership experience in data centre engineering, ideally within a hyperscale or developer environment. Proven ability to scale functions, processes, and teams in fast-paced growth scenarios. Deep understanding of cross-border operations and regional variations. Hands-on mindset comfortable building from scratch and navigating complexity. Strong stakeholder skills collaborative, commercially aware, and delivery-focused.
