Drive the MALS Life Sciences strategy, shape offers, develop capability, and lead sales and delivery work with new and existing clients. Business development – leverage existing relationships (e.g. GSK, AstraZeneca) and your network to treble sector revenue over the next two years. Define target strategy, team composition, recruit consultants, and mentor team members for effective development. Engage with senior members of the Life Sciences sector, building strong client relationships. Drive consulting and technology offerings, integrating Capgemini Invent, Applications, Cloud Infrastructure, Business Services, Digital, and Engineering portfolios. Act as an authority and thought leader in the industry. Ensure effective and timely delivery of projects aligned with commercial goals. Manage board and senior‑management relationships, presenting leadership and gravitas. Scope client challenges and deliver top‑tier consulting and technology‑enabled transformation.

Your Skills And Experience

Deep Life Sciences sector expertise covering one or more parts of the pharma value chain. Strong personal influence, determination, and communication skills for mixed‑team and executive interactions. Experience building, managing, and developing teams with professionalism and flexibility. Track record of delivering end‑to‑end P&L at account or sector level. Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance required; no nationality or residency restrictions.
