Veterinary Hydrotherapist/Physiotherapist – Job Description

We are seeking a Hydrotherapist and/or Physiotherapist to join our growing rehabilitation and wellness practice in London. We currently have one site offering hydrotherapy and will soon have multiple locations across London. Ideally, you will have experience with Hydrotherapy as well as a wider range of physiotherapy and rehab modalities including, but not limited to Physiotherapy, Laser, Electrotherapy, Kinesiology Taping, Red Light and Acupuncture.

You do not have to be an expert in all areas but Hydrotherapy (underwater treadmill) for rehabilitation and fitness is a must. Physiotherapy (Manual and Land-based exercises) is a plus. If you have only Physiotherapy experience, we would also recommend that you apply.

You will report to our Physiotherapy Director and to our Lead Orthopaedic Vet.

Our Setup

We have a hydrotherapy treadmill, lasers, various land-based exercise equipment, pulsed EMF beds and a variety other rehab and regenerative equipment. Our physio teams work closely with our orthopaedic and internal medicine vets to treat a wide range of orthopaedic and chronic conditions, as well as to offer wellness programs. We have a wholistic 360 degree approach to rehab and wellness to ensure that we bring the best of traditional veterinary medicine, regenerative medicine (e.g. PRP and Stem Cells), physiotherapy and alternative medicine to our clients. Our focus is on preventative care and regenerative medicine as well as improving quality of life.

Our Clinics & Teams

All our clinics are modern, beautifully appointed and purpose built with state-of-the-art equipment. Our clinic operating model is built around:

  • Delivering exceptional standards of clinical care

  • Safeguarding the wellbeing and sustainability of our clinical teams

Each site typically comprises 2-3 vets and a similar number of nurses. We are highly selective in our recruitment and proud to employ clinically excellent professionals who value teamwork, learning and professionalism.

Our Approach To Growth

An entrepreneurial nature is a must-have. A healthy appreciation for the benefits of working in a modern startup with a supportive and competent team while being well compensated.

In practical terms, this means:

  • Being a self-starter (takes responsibility, gets things done, no handholding needed)
  • Willing to do things differently and “not how they have always been done”
  • Comfortable with change, as we optimize our clinical model frequently
  • The desire to help improve the clinic’s operational performance in meaningful ways
  • Not a behind-the-scenes complainer. Not “gossipy”
