We’re looking for a Venue Manager who thinks like an owner, leads from the front, and knows how to turn a busy operation into a high-performing business.

• Full ownership of P&L performance, including revenue growth and cost control

• Leading and developing a large, multi-functional team

• Delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment

• Managing operations across peak trading periods, weekends, and events

• Driving KPIs, improving margins, and identifying new commercial opportunities

• Ensuring standards, compliance, and operational discipline are always maintained

• Creating a culture of accountability, energy, and performance

• A natural operator with a business-owner mindset

• Strong understanding of P&L, labour control, and financial performance

• Proven experience in a high-volume hospitality or entertainment venue

• Comfortable working in a busy, constantly shifting environment

• A confident leader who can motivate, challenge, and develop teams

• Commercially sharp,  you spot problems early and act fast
