Ventilation Project Manager Suitable for: Mechanical Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager, Ventilation Project Manager, Building Services Project Manager, Cleanroom Project Manager, Life Sciences Project ManagerOverviewA specialist mechanical contractor delivering high-spec ventilation and air movement solutions into healthcare, life sciences and research environments is seeking a Project Manager due to sustained growth.You will take full responsibility for the delivery of mechanical and ventilation-led projects, typically ranging from £100k to £5m. Projects are technically complex, often involving critical environments such as operating theatres, containment laboratories and cleanrooms.Scope includes:End-to-end project management from pre-construction through to handoverManaging HVAC packages including AHUs, ductwork, filtration systems and associated controlsCoordinating design & build elements with internal teams and external consultantsOverseeing programme, cost control, subcontractor management and site deliveryEnsuring compliance with healthcare and cleanroom standards (HTM, ISO classifications, etc.)Client-facing role working with NHS, private healthcare and research organisationsProjects are UK-wide, with a bias towards the North-West. Travel is required, with flexibility on base location.RequirementsMinimum 5 years' experience within an M&E / HVAC contracting environmentProven track record delivering mechanical or ventilation projectsExperience in healthcare, cleanroom, pharmaceutical or laboratory environments is highly desirableStrong understanding of HVAC systems (AHUs, ductwork, filtration, pressure regimes)HND or degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience)Strong commercial awareness and programme management capabilityPackageSalary £55,000-£65,000 Car/allowanceCompany pension25 days holiday + bank holidaysWR HVAC | M&E are #1 recruitment partner for HVAC jobs.
