Our client, a well-established and reputable car dealership in Wimbledon, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their professional team.

This is a notable opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals aiming to advance their careers within a forward-thinking dealership with a strong local reputation. The successful Vehicle Technician will be responsible for delivering top-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering strictly to manufacturer standards.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary ranging from £38,000 to £50,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
Understanding of earning potential with a realistic OTE of up to £10,000 bonus, subject to performance
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota basis
22 days holiday plus your birthday and bank holidays, supporting a healthy work-life balance

Conduct necessary repairs and servicing on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer procedures
Diagnose faults accurately using electronic diagnostic tools
Maintain clear and comprehensive service and repair records as a Vehicle Technician
Communicate effectively with customers regarding work undertaken
Maintain workshop tools and equipment in excellent condition
Work efficiently to meet workshop deadlines without compromising quality standards
Assist junior team members where required, promoting team collaborationRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally at Master Technician level or equivalent
Relevant qualifications such as Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills with experience using electronic diagnostic tools
Full UK driving licence
Good organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy workshop environment
