Our client, a reputable family-run independent automotive service centre in North Cardiff, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join their friendly, professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a role that values technical expertise, quality workmanship, and team collaboration. Our client is open to individuals with varying levels of experience, provided they demonstrate a solid practical background in vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of vehicles
Accurately identify vehicle faults and report findings to the Service Director
Ensure work is completed to high standards, adhering to all health and safety procedures
Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
Keep workshop environment clean and organised
Offer excellent customer service by providing clear communication regarding repairs and vehicle conditionRequirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (preferred but not essential)
Extensive practical experience in vehicle diagnostics and repairs
Own set of tools suitable for professional vehicle maintenance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism
