Our reputable car dealership in Crawley is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy service department.

Realistic on-target earnings of up to £50,000 per annum, including bonuses

Working hours Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:

Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards as a Vehicle Technician
Service and maintain vehicles efficiently and to the highest standards
Effectively utilise diagnostic tools and equipment
Record all job details accurately within the system
Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and work completed
Complete all work within designated timeframes, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
Contribute to the team to maintain the dealership’s high service standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Relevant UK automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
Committed to delivering excellent service standards
