Vehicle Technician
Location: Leicester
Salary: up to £39,000 basic plus bonus and additional benefits - OTE £45000/£50,000
We have an opportunity for a Vehicle Technician to join my clients workshop in LeicesterDue to increased workload, they are looking for an additional Vehicle Technician to join the team.
  • Uniform/Tool Insurance
  • Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm with 30 minutes lunch
  • Saturdays 8am-1pm 1/3 Saturdays

Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role are:
  • Qualified to IMI/NVQ level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair/ City and Guilds Level 3 Motor Vehicle Maintenance / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair / City & Guilds Automotive
  • Have experience working within a car dealership or an independent garage/ car supermarket
  • Completed your MOT tester course class 1, 2, 4 or 7
  • Experience of working on commercial vehicles/ LCV / cars
  • Ideally Hybrid / EV trained but if not training will be provided
Key responsibilities for this Vehicle Technician role are:
  • Undertake maintenance, service and repair activities on motor vehicles to the highest standard
  • As a Vehicle Technician/Car Mechanic you will carry out all work completely and effectively
