Our client, a reputable and established Main Dealer Group in Leamington Spa, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to progress towards Diagnostic level with full support and training. The ideal candidate will be a passionate professional eager to enhance their skills within a thriving dealership environment.

Benefits: Competitive basic salary of circa £40,000, with bonus earning potential (OTE £45,000+ uncapped) 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service Monday to Friday, with no weekend work Genuine career progression opportunities towards Diagnostic level Access to pension scheme Continuous training and professional development Wellbeing resources and cycle-to-work scheme Industry-leading ONT in a supportive team environment Duties: Conduct routine vehicle servicing and inspections, ensuring all components are checked for wear Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, including testing and replacing faulty parts Support the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles to high standards Carry out mechanical repairs such as engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts, and other heavy repairs Work collaboratively with the workshop team, sharing knowledge and maintaining high standards of workmanship Assist in maintaining workshop efficiency and adhering to health and safety standards Candidate Specification: Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician with a minimum of 3-4 years workshop experience Strong mechanical aptitude with proven problem-solving skills High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing Excellent team player with good communication skills Motivated to develop towards Diagnostic Level through training and support If you are a talented Vehicle Technician looking to advance your career working with a reputable dealership, our client would love to hear from you.
