M Pro Recruitment is working with a

prestigious franchised automotive dealership

to recruit an experienced

Vehicle Technician .

The Role: Youll be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing premium vehicles to the highest manufacturer standards. Working closely with the Service Team, youll diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, carry out routine servicing, and ensure vehicles are fixed right first time while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Diagnose vehicle faults using manufacturer diagnostic tools

Carry out servicing and repairs across a premium vehicle range

Perform road tests to ensure work has been completed successfully

Accurately document work completed, parts used, and inspections

Communicate effectively with the Service Team regarding repairs

Ensure all work meets manufacturer and health & safety standards

Requirements: Full UK driving licence

Level 3Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)

Experience within a franchised automotive dealership

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

Ability to work efficiently and to high standards

Desirable:

Auto-Electrical or EV/ Hybrid qualifications

Experience within a prestige or premium dealership

Package: Competitive salary plus monthly performance bonuses
