Vehicle Technician – Main Dealership * Location: Stratford-upon-Avon * Salary: Up to £35,000 basic (DOE) + Bonus (OTE £41,000) * Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm + 1-in-3 Saturdays 8:30am – 1:00pm Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding opportunity within a reputable Main Dealership? Our client, a premium Automotive Dealer Group based in Stratford-upon-Avon, is looking to appoint a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dedicated team. Benefits for the successful Vehicle Technician: * Competitive basic salary up to £35,000, commensurate with experience * Bonus scheme with OTE reaching £41,000 * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Access to ongoing manufacturer training and development programmes * Opportunity for career progression within a premium dealer group * Monday to Friday working week with 1-in-3 Saturday mornings Duties included in this Vehicle Technician position: * Conduct servicing, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models * Diagnose faults accurately and execute repairs to first-time standard * Support the preparation of new, used, and loan vehicles ensuring quality standards * Collaborate with the workshop team to maximise efficiency and productivity * Maintain detailed and accurate job records and documentation * Ensure all work adheres to manufacturer and dealership standards * Support the team with vehicle inspections and assessments Requirements as a Vehicle Technician: * NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification * Proven experience working within a busy Workshop or Dealership environment * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills * MOT Tester licence (preferred but not essential) * Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle systems and VAG vehicles would be advantageous * Full UK driving licence * A team player with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic Contact Aedan Oliver, Automotive Recruitment Specialist at Perfect Placement covering Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwickshire, today to discover more about this fantastic opportunity.
