Vehicle Technician Rotherham
Pay: Up to £19 per hour
Location: Rotherham
Hours: Monday to Friday (Overtime Available)

HP4 Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Car Mechanic / Auto Technician to join a busy and well-established workshop in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Service Technician / Diagnostic Technician looking for stable work, competitive pay, and a strong team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a wide range of vehicles
  • Perform diagnostics, fault finding, and troubleshooting using diagnostic equipment
  • Complete work on brakes, suspension, clutches, gearboxes, engines, and timing belts
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, health checks, and MOT preparation
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within set timeframes
  • Accurately complete job cards and service records

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic / Automotive Technician
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
  • Experience with diagnostics, servicing, and mechanical repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
