With a strong, friendly team in place, we are now looking to recruit an additional team member to support our continued growth. Hoddens Garage are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our team. If youre an experienced mechanic with a passion for delivering excellent customer experience and keeping vehicles safe on the road, please reach out. As a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester, youll carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards and complete a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair work. From advanced diagnostics & repairs to routine services, youll ensure every job is done to the highest standard. £32,000 - £36,000per annum Bonus of upto £5,800 per annum (company performance related) 5 days a week ( no weekends) Benefits Include: 3 weeks annual leave + Bank Holidays No weekends and fixed hours Company performance related bonus of up to £5,800 Pension Scheme Skills and experience Level 3 qualified in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent qualification or experience) Valid MOT Testing Licence Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 6 points Excellent time management and organisation skills requiring minimum supervision At least 3 years experience of automotive industry Good understanding of UK vehicle legislation for M3 category vehicles Understanding of FMEA and hazard analysis procedures Has right-to-work in the UK
