Vehicle Technician / Mechanic

Basic Salary: £40k - £341 + Overtime + Bonus (6k)

Location: Lincoln (Lincolnshire)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday / Saturday 1 in 2 (8am - 1pm) 42.5hrs

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our clients' modern site  based in Lincoln (Lincolnshire).  You will need a positive can-do attitude and be hard working, efficient and have great housekeeping. You will have at least 3 years experience in a similar role, Ideally a Level 3 in a relevant qualification and driving license is a must

Role responsibilities:

Carrying out jobs such as head gaskets, clutches, cambelts.

Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs

Carry out all engine repairs in line with approved methods

Inspect vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements

Plan and organise time effectively to ensure alt tasks are completed within set deadlines

Assist with general workshop tasks as and when required

Deal with warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards

Ensure all the relevant documentation is accurately completed and all company procedures are followed

Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
