*Job Overview* CATER OILS is seeking reliable and dedicated Van Drivers to join our family run business. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting cooking oil and delivering to catering establishments, as well as collecting used oils for recycling into biofuel. This role requires excellent driving skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and service.

*Responsibilities*

* Safely operate a van to transport goods to various locations. * Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. * Perform heavy lifting as required, maintaining physical fitness for the demands of the job. * Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and requirements. * Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any maintenance issues promptly. * Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. * Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups, including any discrepancies or issues encountered during transit.

*Experience*

* Previous experience as a Van Driver or in a similar role is preferred. * Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and delivery procedures is advantageous. * Experience in warehouse operations or as a Delivery Driver would be beneficial. * Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients. * A valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle type is required, along with a clean driving record.
