HR Advisor – Case Coaching Team

Barrow-in-Furness (Minimum 3 days on-site per week) 12-Month Maternity Cover (x3 roles) £23.82 per hour PAYE or £31.94 via umbrella (inside IR35)

This is a Case Coaching Advisor position – not a generalist HR role. You will act as a subject matter expert in Employee Relations (ER), providing specialist advice and coaching on complex, high-risk cases across the UK business.

The Role

The UK Case Coaching Team provides expert technical advice and support to managers on all Employee Relations matters, including complex investigations, disciplinaries and grievances.

Working within a team of 20 specialist case coaches, you will:
