Start/End Dates: 02/02/2026 – 01/11/2026 Location: UK – London About the Role We are seeking a UX Researcher to support our product teams in delivering user‑centred solutions. This contingent role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional partners, conduct research, and provide actionable insights to inform product development. The position is office‑based, working from our Central London location. Role Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end research projects, from scoping to analysis. Design and execute qualitative user research studies to inform product decisions. Analyse research data and synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations. Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user insights into the development process. Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. Experience conducting user research in a technology or product‑focused environment. Proficiency in a range of research methodologies (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept evaluation). Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
