Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons under the guidance of qualified teachers
Support pupils with a range of severe and complex learning difficulties
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities
Foster positive behaviour, independence, and confidence among pupils
Implement personalised learning strategies and sensory-based approaches
Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff
