Job Purpose: You will support the Compliance team by assisting with day-to-day activities and contributing to projects that drive business objectives. This role offers exposure to various functions within the organisation and provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in a dynamic, global pharmaceutical environment

Key Responsibilities: Acts as the Training Administrator for Legal & Compliance, and supports the design and delivery of training activities Provides support for the Third-Party Oversight (TPO) process Provides support for Transparency Reporting Provides support for Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Participates in meetings and contribute ideas to simplify processes Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver assigned tasks on time Undertakes research and prepare presentations or summaries as required

Position Requirements: Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, HR, Finance, Marketing, etc.) Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn Kyowa Kirin International is an equal opportunities employer.
