Description

Planning, routing, and scheduling of and international road transport

Managing driver availability, legal compliance, and tachograph regulations

Monitoring real-time deliveries and providing solutions to any delays or disruptions

Liaising with customers, internal teams, and drivers to ensure smooth logistics operations

Using transport management systems (TMS) to track shipments and generate performance data

Supporting the team with continuous improvement initiatives around planning efficiency

Profile

Proven experience in a transport planning or logistics coordination role

Strong geographical knowledge of the UK and European road network

Proficiency in using transport management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to support shift-based operations when required
