Transport Coordinator / Planner AM Shift.

Location: Coleshill, Birmingham

£35,000

Working Hours: MonFri 6am - 4pm + 4/5 hours every other Sunday (Sunday's can be worked remotely once trained)

Were looking for an organised and proactive Transport Coordinator/ Planner to join our clients transport team. Youll plan and coordinate daily transport for a fleet of around 20 - 23 vehicles of all different classes, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and great customer service.

What youll do:

Plan and monitor fleet movements 20-23 vehicles of around 8 various sized vehicles Liaise with drivers, customers & warehouse teams Ensure transport compliance and accurate paperwork Support continuous improvement and team performance Responding to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to transportation What were looking for:

Previous transport admin and planning experience Strong communication & organisational skills A can-do attitude and attention to detail
