Working closely with a highly respected national Transfer Pricing Lead, you will support clients across the full transfer pricing lifecycle

from policy development and documentation to controversy, economic analysis and strategic structuring. Whether you join at Assistant Manager or Manager level, you will enjoy constant support, exceptional exposure, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-growth, forward-thinking environment. We are seeking candidates with: Minimum 3 years' TP experience (Assistant Manager) or 5 years+ (Manager) Experience working directly with clients and intermediaries Strong project management, communication and stakeholder skills An interest in wider international tax areas (corporate tax compliance, due diligence, structuring)

helpful but not essential A passion for developing junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture You should also have strong exposure to a range of transfer pricing work such as: Thin capitalisation IP structuring TP policy-setting and documentation Statistical & economic analysis Benchmarking Intra-group lending arrangements Corporate interest restriction interactions TP adjustments treatment (tax/customs) Implementation issues Awareness of Pillar 2 developments Professional Qualifications You will hold one of the following (or equivalent): CTA, ACA, ACCA, CA, or A relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, finance, accounting or law Extensive transfer pricing experience gained in practice or industry is required. Candidates currently operating at Senior Associate, Assistant Manager or Manager level are encouraged to apply.
