Job Title: Lead Factory Trainer (Maternity Cover- 12 months) Department: Group People and Development Reports To: Factory Training Manager Location: Site Based Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 12:00pm to 09:00pm (Tuesday and Wednesday) 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday, Thursday and Friday) Pay Rate: Competitive PURPOSE OF THE POST: The Lead Trainer supports the effective delivery of training programmes at a site level, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and compliance requirements. Acting as a key support to the Factory Training Manager, this role involves assisting in the coordination of training activities, supporting factory trainers, and deputising for the Factory Training Manager in their absence.
