Training and Compliance Lead (M&A Integration) Our client is a fast‑growing, PE‑backed financial advice group who are looking for a Training & Compliance Lead to support newly acquired advisory firms as they join their national business. This role is all about helping advisers, paraplanners and support teams transition smoothly onto consistent advice standards, compliance frameworks and documentation processes. You’ll deliver training, review advice files, provide hands‑on coaching and act as a trusted point of contact during integration. Role & Responsibilities
Designing and delivering training programmes for advisers and support staff joining the group Providing practical, hands‑on support as teams move onto new templates, systems and processes Reviewing advice files and suitability reports to assess current quality Helping teams build confidence in regulatory‑compliant record keeping Working closely with integration, compliance, operations and paraplanning teams Updating content as regulations, internal processes and best practice evolve
Do you have the following to apply?
Experience in financial advice compliance, paraplanning, file checking or suitability Experience training, coaching or supporting advisers Confident reviewing advice files and giving constructive feedback
