The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the data and analytics space. This includes:
Sourcing and engaging candidates across data, analytics, and tech markets

Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates

Managing roles from initial briefing through to placement

Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers

Developing deep market knowledge to become a specialist consultant

This is a fast-paced, commercial role suited to individuals who are motivated by targets, progression, and financial reward.
What Were Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ambitious and target-driven mindset

Well organised with a proactive approach

Degree preferred but not essential

Sales or commercial experience advantageous

Motivated by success and career progression
