We’re expanding our successful Fulfilment Team in central Havant and are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with proven sales and customer facing experience to join us. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You’ll be engaging daily with our temporary workforce and valued clients, both in the office and on site.

What you’ll be doing:

Advertising and marketing vacancies to attract top talent

*

Registering and supporting candidates throughout their journey with us

*

Coordinating and inducting workers on site

*

Building lasting relationships with clients to ensure outstanding service delivery

*

Driving new business development from lead generation to client partnerships

What we’re looking for:

Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with people face to face

*

A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

*

Full UK driving licence and access to transport (essential for site visits)
