This is a full 360 recruitment position, combining new business development with candidate management. Youll build relationships with financial institutions, source high-calibre professionals, manage interviews, negotiate offers and close deals. Your success will be measured by outcomes, not time spent at a desk. Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships within financial services
Proactively source and headhunt candidates
Run interviews and manage the offer process
Win new business through outbound sales activity
Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
What Were Looking For
Minimum 6 months experience in
sales or a commercial environment
Confident communicator with strong influencing skills
Target-driven and financially motivated
Resilient, organised and able to perform under pressure
Degree desirable but not essential
