FBR Construction Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team in Whiteley.

This role will offer full training, personal development and the opportunity to build a successful career within the Recruitment Industry.

We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, ambitious, have excellent communication skills, a hunger to be successful, the ability to work under pressure and who can work to deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Managing and sourcing candidates
• Meeting with various clients
• Managing your clients recruitment requirements and expectations
• Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both clients and candidates

Experience:
• Previous sales experience essential
• Working with high volume work loads and to tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure
• Can - Do - Attitude with a desire to win!
• Full driving license

Benefits:
• Competitive basic salary £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission
• 23 days holiday per year plus in between Christmas and New Year off...
