Trainee Recruitment Consultant

About the Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn all aspects of the recruitment process within the Industrial and Logistics sectors. You will be fully supported with structured training, ongoing development, and one-to-one mentorship to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. This role offers a clear and achievable pathway to progress into a fully-fledged 360 Recruitment Consultant and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning how to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for industrial and logistics roles

Writing and posting job adverts to attract suitable candidates

Supporting the management of the recruitment process from start to finish

Delivering excellent communication and customer service

Working towards achievable targets with full guidance and support

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident, proactive, and motivated to learn

Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Interest in people, sales / business development

Full UK driving licence desired as you will be required to attend client meetings

Ambition to build a long-term career in recruitment

No previous recruitment experience is required - just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

What We Offer

Starting salary from £27,000

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 17:00
