£28k base salary with £55k+ OTE in your first year

The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Build and maintain string relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source top-tier candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networking
Interview and assess candidates to determine fit and suitability
Match candidates to opportunities based on experience and client requirement
Manage and negotiate offers between candidates and clients
Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends
Provide consultative advice to both candidates and clients
Handle contracts, job postings, feedback, and database updates
Support candidates throughout their job search journey
Identify and develop new business opportunities
