- 3 days in the office, 2 days WFH Pet-friendly office The role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant Build and maintain string relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Source top-tier candidates through job boards, social platforms, and networking Interview and assess candidates to determine fit and suitability Match candidates to opportunities based on experience and client requirement Manage and negotiate offers between candidates and clients Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends Provide consultative advice to both candidates and clients Handle contracts, job postings, feedback, and database updates Support candidates throughout their job search journey Identify and develop new business opportunities Who Were Looking For- Trainee Recruitment Consultant Highly motivated and financially driven individuals Ambitious candidates who want to climb the career ladder quickly Confident communicators capable of influencing senior stakeholders Competitive mindset- sports or competitive hobbies are a bonus (not essential) The Next Steps
