The Incentives to the Company Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£30k base salary with an increase to 32k once promoted
Guidance throughout and 1-on-1 support from the beginning
Promotion tends to be within 6 months
40% commission structure with no threshold
28 days paid holiday + birthdays + 5 days at Christmas off
WFH 1-2 days a week

The Role Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Fast paced sales-based role
Headhunting new clients and offering your expertise on the market
Negotiating deals and contracts
Headhunting new candidates for your clients by advertising, networking and cold calling
Understanding what they look for out of a career and setting up interviews to match their profile with clients
Guide them through the interview process and give the tips to answer the difficult questions
