We are looking for a Trainee Machine Operator with a hands-on production or machine background to join a busy, high-volume night shift team. Full role-specific training will be provided, but you must be able to hit the ground running with your existing experience. Your Duties Will Include: Operating and monitoring production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Setting up, loading and unloading machines ready for each production run Carrying out basic machine checks and routine maintenance tasks Inspecting finished output to ensure it meets quality and specification standards Reporting any faults, stoppages or quality issues to your supervisor promptly Keeping your work area clean, tidy and compliant with health & safety guidelines Supporting the wider production team to hit output targets and deadlines What We're Looking For:
