Robertson Recruitment are working with a well-established sheet metal fabrication company supplying high-quality precision components to a wide range of industries, including automotive, construction, and manufacturing. Due to continued growth, the company are looking for a motivated and reliable Trainee Machine Operator to join the production team on nights. Working hours 4 on 4 off 18:00pm - 06:00am Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and operation of CNC machines

Load and unload sheet metal materials safely and efficiently

Read and interpret basic engineering drawings (training provided)

Monitor machine performance and quality of finished parts

Carry out basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks

Follow health & safety procedures at all times

What Were Looking For

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good attention to detail

Basic maths and problem-solving skills

Ability to work as part of a team

Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage, but not essential
