As a Trainee in our Financial Services Regulatory (FSR) team, you will play a vital role in navigating the complex landscape of financial regulation within the UK. You will work closely with experienced lawyers and internal clients, gaining invaluable insights into the legal and regulatory obligations that shape our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and comment on changes in laws and regulations impacting the SG Group in the UK.
• Draft and review documentation for submission to regulators such as the FCA and PRA.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support various teams within the bank.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and assist in general drafting and proofreading tasks.
• Collaborate on ad hoc tasks, fostering a culture of compliance and integrity.
