Tod's Group – Assistant Store Manager – London
Mission: Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, respecting brand image and customer experience within the store.
Responsibilities
Develop store sales turnover: implement TOD'S sales policy within the store.
Set sales objectives and periodically analyze results.
Implement selling ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines.
Highlight featured products in line with visual policy and collaborate with visual merchandising department.
Set up CRM actions to develop customer database.
Coordinate trade marketing events.
Analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
Propose action plans to exceed objectives and increase sales turnover.
Check invoicing and compliance with collection procedures.
Ensure good stock management: control restocking, participate in inventory organization, control discrepancies, and analyze sell‑through.
Team Management
Organize store activity: plan, determine collective and individual actions.
Support and organize communication to store staff: conduct daily briefings, set and monitor individual goals, and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in onboarding new employees: training in processes and procedures.
Motivate sales team: evaluate employees and ensure follow‑up of development actions.
Brand Image
Ensure store display aligns with visual identity of the brand and commercial policy.
Ensure compliance with customer service guidelines: post‑sales service management, customer requests.
Ensure compliance with operating rules and procedures within the store.
Profile
Experience
3/4 years of store experience.
Minimum 2 years team management experience.
Specific Skills
Management.
Luxury sales and hospitality techniques.
Result orientation (mastery of KPIs).
Client oriented.
Organization, responsiveness and adaptability.
Written and oral communication.
Knowledge of luxury/fashion, especially shoes.
Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
