Who You Are:

We are searching for a highly motivated, forward-thinking individual who possesses a unique blend of passion for live content, technical prowess, and a deep understanding of the beauty landscape. You are motivated by hitting sales targets and likely have already run several successful live streams on TikTok Shop.


The ideal candidate will embody the following:

• A Passion for Sales & Growth: You are deeply passionate about driving sales and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), with an insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn everything there is about TikTok Shop and the broader live shopping ecosystem.

• Beauty Enthusiast: You possess a strong, genuine interest in beauty and are genuinely invested in understanding and serving the needs of beauty customers.

• Exceptional Communicator & Leader: You excel at providing compassionate, constructive, and actionable feedback to team members, empowering them to deliver their best. You are a confident leader, capable of taking charge of a studio room and crew, ensuring smooth and successful productions.

• Safety & Efficiency Advocate: You care deeply about creating a safe, organized, and highly efficient studio environment, understanding that a well-managed space is key to flawless live broadcasts.

• Live Production Expert: You are confident and proficient with LIVE OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) and TikTok Live principles, bringing proven experience in running successful shows on TikTok.

• Experience: 2+ years’ hands-on experience running TikTok Shop or live commerce livestreams (beauty or consumer brands preferred).

Targets: Total GMV and Number of Hours LIVE

Reports Directly to the Live Stream Operations Manager

Typical Week is Monday-Friday, 40 hours in person role per week. You will prioritise your hours to the TikTok algorithm. Some weekends may be required for our biggest moments of the year.

In this roll you will be successfully running end-to-end TikTok livestreams across multiple beauty brands, including set-up, livestream, and close down. You have commercial flair for sales - the role will be driving GMV and ensuring an engaging, smooth, and professional livestream.


Live Stream Execution & Management:

• Oversee and ensure the timely start of live streams, with the studio room fully prepared, correct products displayed, stickers downloaded, and TV screens updated.

• Confidently manage and execute live streams using OBS (Open Broadcaster Software).

• Action flash deals, Gift With Purchases (GWPs), and TikTok Shop vouchers are used efficiently during live broadcasts to maximize engagement and sales.

Be responsible for the meticulous sorting and preparation of live giveaway items.

• Daily reporting and tracking of sales. Implement changes quickly to improve sales.


Studio & Equipment Oversight:

•Take full ownership and responsibility for all live stream equipment, ensuring it is properly maintained, set up, and ready for use.

• Provide logistical support for studio operations, including equipment checks, managing props and sets, and coordinating mail-outs for giveaways.

• Assist in writing and refining standard operating procedure (SOP) documents for live stream production and studio management.


Coordination & Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the any external production team during live streams, ensuring seamless communication and execution of directives.

• Assist with tracking project timelines, deliverables, and communication for various live stream initiatives.

• Actively coordinate with live hosts, providing constructive feedback to help them improve their performance and debriefing skills, fostering a fun and supportive studio environment.


Content & Calendar Management:

• Help maintain and update the live stream content calendar, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely scheduling across all broadcasts.

• Execute and Standardise Digital Sticker Process

• Contribute to the overall strategy and execution of our biggest live moments.


Please note: This role is highly focused on sales performance and operational excellence. Strong organisation, commercial awareness, and live stream execution are essential. This is not a creative or marketing-focused role.
