About the Role:

A well-established engineering company based in Alfreton is looking to recruit a TIG Welder to support the production of precision components.

This position requires excellent attention to detail and a steady hand, as it will be working on aerospace equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

* TIG welding aerospace products

* Small blade tip repair

* Placing a few runs of weld on top of the aero foils to restore their heights

* Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment

* Support wider production processes as needed

Requirements:

* TIG welding experience is essential

* Aerospace experience is desired

* A steady hand and keen eye for detail are essential

* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

This role is temp to perm, paying £12.71 per hour and is working Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30 and Friday: 07:00 – 14:00
