Our clients are seeking a skilled sheet metal welder fabricator to carry out all welding / fabrication activities within our clients business. To ensure production targets are achieved by effective communication, motivation & discipline. Provide feedback to Production Manager & our supervision team to improve our processes & quality control. Ensure the correct quantity of parts are produced efficiently, to a high standard & within estimated times. Promote a safe working environment & ensure Health & Safety procedures are supported.

Core Responsibilities: Ensure work centres are operating efficiently Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed Assist the production team to develop ideas to reduce waste & increase efficiency through Continual improvement Manufacture jigs & fixtures as required Assist with training requirements To be punctual and reliable Any other duties as reasonably requested

Required skills & experience: TIG or MIG welding experience Experience working with stainless steel and/or aluminium Able to code, or previous coding would be ideal

Working hours 4 day working week! Monday
