55 events annually across five continents . Your New Role… As part of the

Core Technology team , you will play a key role in the

support, maintenance, and evolution of broadcast infrastructure

used by

TNT Sports and Eurosport

across multiple European markets. This is a hands-on technical role combining advanced broadcast support with engineering activities in a live production environment.

Please note: this is a shift role, mailny onsite in Chiswick and Stockley Park

Your Role Accountabilities… Broadcast Support Provide advanced (Level 2/3) technical support for two technology hubs and their associated markets

Take ownership of complex technical issues not resolved by Level 1 support

Implement effective workarounds to ensure service continuity during incidents

Own incidents end-to-end once resolved, including: Root cause analysis and permanent solution design

Pre-production testing

Solution implementation

Technical documentation

Conduct regular ticket reviews with suppliers

Participate in regular meetings with local markets to review ongoing technical issues

Create, verify, and maintain maintenance procedures in collaboration with Level 1 support and engineering teams

Engineering & Projects Contribute to broadcast engineering tasks and technical projects

Support the implementation of new equipment and workflows in collaboration with Lead Engineers

Modify system configurations for special events and operational requirements

Validate and align user workflows with technical configurations

Create, update, and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications & Experience… Significant experience in broadcast support, ideally within live sports or complex broadcast environments

Strong ability to listen to users and provide clear, structured technical responses

Highly responsive with a service-oriented mindset

Detail-oriented and thorough in problem analysis

Proactive and solution-focused approach

Technical Knowledge Hands-on experience with some or all of the following technologies is required: Vizrt solutions

(VR & AR, Graphics Hub, Viz Engine, Viz One)

Mo-Sys

tracking systems

Video mixers : Grass Valley Kahuna, Vizrt Vectar

Replay systems : EVS and Grass Valley LiveTouch

Cloud-based production solutions

PTP synchronisation

SMPTE ST 2110

Other Details: Position based in Stockley Park and Chiswick

Shift work from Monday to Sunday on extended hours. 40 hours / week

Flexible schedule according to events

Possible occasional works in Europe countries

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
