Key Responsibilities

Lead and assure the full testing lifecycle across large initiatives Define and deliver test strategy, plans, and governance Coordinate UAT, end‑to‑end, non‑functional and DR testing Manage defects, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder sign‑off Partner with engineering, business, and third‑party vendors Drive continuous improvement in testing practices Proven Test Manager experience on large‑scale programmes Strong insurance industry background (essential) Agile/Scrum delivery experience Strong QA governance, tooling (e.g., JIRA), and leadership skills ISTQB or equivalent CI/CD, DevOps, performance or security testing exposure Automation knowledge beneficial
