Territory Sales Manager - Agriculture
Field-Based - North West England
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Territory Sales Manager to join an established and respected business supplying livestock solutions to dairy farms across the UK.
With scope to cover Cumbria, Lancashire, Yorkshire and parts of Cheshire, this field-based role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a successful territory while building long-term customer relationships.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing business across your region, managing existing accounts and identifying new opportunities to drive growth. This position offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to focus on areas where you can create the greatest impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with farmers and customers across the region
- Manage and grow existing accounts while securing new business
- Represent the business at agricultural shows and industry events
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Effectively manage your own diary, territory and customer pipeline
You'll have the autonomy to run your region like your own business - with the backing of a brand that already has real credibility in the market.
About You:
We welcome applications from a range of backgrounds. You may already be working in sales, agriculture or looking to move into a customer-facing commercial role.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- A strong interest in agriculture, farming all the dairy sector
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- A can-do attitude with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and time management ability
- A full UK driving licence
