Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, are looking for a motivated and confident HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Employee Relations and ready to take on the challenge of managing cases independently with a direct approach.\n\nThe successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to line managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies. The role will involve managing ER issues face-to-face and independently, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance management matters.

You'll need to confidently navigate complex situations, providing clear advice and managing sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy.\n\nJob Title: HR Advisor\n\nHours: Term Time\n\nSalary: Pro-rata salary of up to £35,500\n\nLocation: Windsor\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nIndependently manage ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management\nProvide timely and professional advice to managers on handling ER cases in line with company policies and legal requirements\nLead and participate in investigations, interviews, and disciplinary hearings\nAdvise on and support conflict resolution, ensuring outcomes are fair and consistent\nMaintain detailed and accurate records of ER cases and decisions\nProactively identify trends or patterns in ER issues and suggest improvements\nDevelop and deliver training sessions for line managers on ER best practices and compliance\nFoster a positive relationship with employees and managers, ensuring the HR function is seen as a supportive resource\nProvide support and guidance to line managers on general HR matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures\nEnsure HR documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, employee records, and performance reviews\nPromote employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive work environment\nStay up to date with changes in employment law and HR best practices \n\nKey Requirements:\n\nProven experience in an HR Advisor role with a strong focus on Employee Relations\nConfidence and independence in managing complex ER cases, including handling face-to-face meetings with employees and managers\nIn-depth knowledge of employment law and best practices in ER case management\nStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to build trust and credibility quickly with both employees and senior management\nHighly organised with excellent attention to detail and case management skills\nA proactive and solution-driven approach, with the ability to think on your feet in challenging situationsHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.\n\nWe practice a diverse and inclusive recruitment process that ensures equal opportunity for all we work with, irrespective of race, sexual orientation, mental or physical disability, age or gender.
