We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer to support improvement works in council homes and help ensure tenants feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the process. ?? What You'll Do ? Be the key link between tenants, contractors & Housing teams ? Support tenants through planned improvement works ? Co-ordinate access, surveys & care-related arrangements ? Gather feedback & help drive service quality ? Keep systems and project information up to date ?? What You'll Bring ? Strong communication & customer service skills ? Good organisational ability and attention to detail ? Confidence with data, reports & spreadsheets ? Experience in housing or a similar service ? Full driving licence & access to transport (Essential) What we are offering: ?Salary - £28,665.00 (Pro-Rata) ?Shifts are Monday to Friday so you will have your weekends free.
