\nHours: Rota basis between 8:30am - 6:30pm

Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Office Services Assistant to join a busy professional services environment on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised individual with prior experience in a law firm or similar professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

\n\n

 

\n\n

Collecting, sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing postEnsuring office supplies are well stocked and maintainedSupporting reprographics tasks, including printing, copying, and bindingAssisting with internal office moves and workspace setupsSupporting meeting room and event setups in collaboration with Conference ServicesCoordinating domestic and international courier servicesEnsuring invoices are processed Managing printer supplies and basic maintenanceProviding general administrative support and handling ad hoc tasks as neededRequirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in an Office Services role within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProactive approachMust be available to start immediatelyWhat's on Offer
